Notice is hereby given that the Trustees of JM Financial Mutual Fund have approved the declaration of dividend under the Dividend Options of JM Arbitrage Advantage Fund (the “Scheme”) and fixed Tuesday, June 30, 2015 as the record date for this purpose in accordance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/IMD/CIR No. 1/64057/06 dated April 4, 2006.
