Notice is hereby given that the Trustees of JM Financial Mutual Fund (the “Mutual Fund”) have approved the declaration of dividend under JM Fixed Maturity Fund - Series XXII - Plan A (JM FMF - XXII - A) - Dividend Payout Option and fixed Tuesday, April 2, 2013 as the record date for this purpose in accordance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/IMD/CIR No. 1/64057/06 dated April 4, 2006.
